Today, we couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome John Piccone as the newest member of our Innofamily, serving as Chief Growth Officer. John was most recently at Simulmedia and brings more than two decades of experience in the digital media industry. John has extensive knowledge of data-driven TV advertising, which he will leverage to help marketers capitalize on digital video, particularly as the adoption of connected TV gains traction. At Innovid, John will be responsible for managing and driving sales, revenue, and business development.

We were able to chat with John for a brief Q&A to gain more insight about his experience, goals, and things he enjoys when he’s not pioneering his way through the industry.

What are you most excited about in joining Innovid?
I am excited to be part of a world class team who has consistently delivered cutting edge products and services to marketers and their agencies worldwide.

What initially sparked your interest in the digital media industry?
I joined the digital media industry in the mid-nineties and it was obvious that the unique power of dynamic connection between consumers and marketers would bring the art of persuasion to the next level. Being part of that journey and growth has been nothing short of epic.

What personal goals are you hoping to achieve during your time with Innovid?
I want to learn and grow with the company and the market.

What advice would you give someone who is just breaking into the industry?
It's only going to get better.

What is your TV guilty pleasure?
Watching cartoons with my boys and watching Nicolas Cage find lost American treasures again and again.

What are some of your hobbies?
Photography, cooking, and travel
