Adring streamlined the management of Supermarché Match's weekly promotional campaigns on Meta by replacing manual configuration with automated creative delivery. This partnership enables creative personalization at scale within a complex, high-cadence retail environment.
The Challenge: High-Frequency Local Promotions
Supermarchés Match, alongside the agency Adring, runs highly localized promotional campaigns across its French network of 114 stores, targeting up to 11 audience segments per location. Every week, five product categories must be highlighted through multiple video formats, creating a particularly demanding production and trafficking (ad operations and delivery) cadence.
Until recently, this level of hyper-personalization required Adring to manually manage several hundred lines of programming in Meta each week—a time-consuming process that limited agility and increased the risk of error.
The Solution: Automated Creation and Local Triggers
Adring implemented Innovid's Enhanced Catalogs technology, which connects Innovid's ad serving and creative automation capabilities to Meta's Local Inventory Catalog. The solution automates creative versioning based on weekly product and catchment area updates, ensuring viewers see offers relevant to their nearest store. By centralizing creative version management and trafficking, the solution reduces manual intervention while allowing teams to quickly update featured products and promotions.
The Role of PACT: Innovid’s European Creative Studio
With the support of Stretchly, Innovid’s London-based integrated creative studio, PACT, supported the project by producing video assets designed specifically for automated and localized delivery. This ensured alignment between creative personalization (DCO) requirements, Meta's technical specifications, and Supermarchés Match's business objectives.

The shift to automated creative delivery led to immediate operational benefits:
