Structured as a three-part virtual series (four hours total), the Creative Strategy Workshop guides the participants through the process of developing a data-driven personalization strategy and demonstrates how to apply the best practices described in the Innovid Operating Model for Personalization. Whether you are just beginning your personalization initiative or you’re a seasoned pro looking to up your game, conducting a Creative Strategy Workshop is a great way to accelerate your speed to market.
Data-Driven Messaging 101
Innovid delivers a 1-hour training session on the basics of data-driven messaging to prepare participants with a common understanding of the concepts that will be applied in the workshop. (1 hour)
Brainstorm Session
Innovid's Strategy Team facilitates a structured brainstorming process to identify personalization opportunities and messaging across the customer and prospect universe. (2 hours)
Introduction (5 min)
Team introductions are made, and session objectives are shared.
Customer Insights (25 min)
Client/agency presents the latest customer insights, and we review available data triggers (provided in advance).
Breakout Sessions (60 min)
Participants are assigned to breakout rooms of 4–5 people. A Flashtalking facilitator guides the team through the process of identifying message audiences.
Group Discussion (30 min)
Each breakout group shares message audiences, and the full group identifies winning ideas.
Innovid synthesizes outputs
(2–3 days)
Final Readout
Innovid reviews the strategy outputs with the session participants, including messaging audiences, decision trees, data triggers, and next steps. (1 hour)
