Social Strategy Workshop

Innovid's Social Strategy Workshops bring together the brand, creative, and media teams to develop a comprehensive media strategy from creation to optimization. Structured as a three-part virtual series (four hours total), the Social Strategy Workshop guides the participants through the process of exploring social creative personalization and activating across publishers in an accelerated approach to drive better business results across the board.
Introduction and 101
Innovid's Strategy Team facilitates a structured kick-off session to prepare participants with a common understanding of the concepts to be applied in the workshop. (1 hour)
Brainstorm Session
We’ll explore opportunities to optimize current social media plans for personalized messaging across the customer and prospect universe, ideal platforms and budget allocation based on potential audiences, and areas to speed up the day-to-day activation. (2 hours)
Introduction (5 min)
Team introductions are made, and session objectives are shared.
Discovery (25 min)
Client/agency presents latest social marketing results including customer insights and media results.
Breakout Sessions (60 min)
Participants are assigned to breakout groups where facilitator guides the team through exploration of solutions.
Group Discussion (30 min)
Each breakout group shares ideas, and the full group identifies winning concepts.
Social Partner Deep-Dive Session
Innovid co-hosts a workshop session alongside a social partner (TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Meta, or LinkedIn) to educate on best practices and customize a launch plan. (1 hour – optional)
Innovid Synthesizes Outputs
(5–7 days)
Final Readout
Innovid reviews the strategy outputs with the session participants and defines next steps and action plan. (1 hour)
