Innovid Hires Hogue from Nielsen to Head New Measurement and Analytics Initiatives and Deepen Intelligence Across Connected TV Advertising

NEW YORK – May 8, 2019 – Innovid, the world’s leading connected TV and video advertising platform, today announced the appointment of media and analytics expert, Jessica Hogue, to head measurement and analytics initiatives. In her new role as General Manager, Measurement and Analytics, Hogue will be focused on further driving Innovid’s leadership in analytics and measurement solutions, particularly in the connected TV (CTV) space, and providing brands with richer intelligence and insights into their data-driven video campaigns.

As CTV campaigns continue to grow exponentially, making up 28 percent of all Innovid impressions (up from 17 percent in 2017) according to Innovid’s latest global video benchmark report, viewers are clearly shifting towards CTV. Brands are demanding more intelligence and consistency in how they assess the premium video advertising experience on CTV, including interactive ads, and the need for trusted, third-party measurement solutions for the CTV environment has never been higher. In keeping with Innovid’s mission to “create, deliver, measure,” Hogue will bring cross functional leadership to her role to advance the company’s mission of delivering measurement and analytics for the marketplace.

“The exponential rise of CTV heralds new demands for intelligence across the video landscape, with more forthcoming analytics for CTV and premium video experiences,” said Zvika Netter, CEO and Co-Founder of Innovid. “We are thrilled to welcome Jessica to our management team, as she will play a critical role in meeting this industry need as we expand and enrich our measurement and data management capabilities.”

Hogue comes to Innovid from Nielsen, where she served as senior vice president for the data and measurement leader’s digital client solutions team. In this role, she was responsible for driving the digital business, including partner development, ad tech platforms and content distribution and digital native business. During her twelve-year tenure at Nielsen, Hogue also served as senior vice president of product leadership and was instrumental in the roll out of cross platform measurement.

“I’ve long admired Innovid’s technology and platform which effectively enables and extends campaign analysis across critical metrics like delivery, performance, and engagement for advertisers,” said Hogue. “I look forward to helping Innovid lead the industry in video advertising delivery measurement, particularly in the CTV environment, and better serve the premium brands that the company serves.”

With solutions like OTT COMPOSER, a self-service advertising tool that enables scalable dynamic creative across video everywhere, Innovid’s product suite helps make personalized and interactive CTV a reality, and provides a platform for demonstrating the value of interactive video across all screens. In September 2018, Innovid announced its accreditation by the Media Rating Council (MRC) for its over-the-top (OTT) served video ad impression tracking, making it the first in the industry to adhere to industry standards for video advertising measurement in the CTV environment, to help deliver new, improved measurement options for video campaigns.
